If you are ignoring these four traffic sources as an affiliate marketer, you are leaving money on the table.
I’ve gotten great results from these traffic sources that I’m going to show you. They require very little time and very little expertise.
I chose these traffic sources that I’m going to show you because they are less competitive. And honestly, they’re a lot kinder to brand-new affiliates that are still learning the game.
The last reason is that these traffic sources don’t have highly complicated algorithms that you must spend years and years figuring out.
So let’s dive in and discuss these four traffic sources many affiliate marketers miss.
4. Pinterest
Now, most of us have heard of Pinterest. There’s nothing new here.
To get started with Pinterest, first create a Canva account.
Then search Pinterest pins, and they will have a bunch of templates.
Now think about a hook that will attract your target audience and lead them to click on wherever you want to send them.
Change the words a tiny bit, and switch out the middle picture. It takes about 30 seconds to a minute. Then you upload the pin to Pinterest.
On Pinterest, add a title and a short description. Also, make sure to add a few tags. It takes about five to ten minutes per pin.
You can pin it to your blog post and help grow your blog and email list. Or you can directly pin it to landing pages.
You can directly pin even to affiliate offers inside of Pinterest. I’ve made money, literally just putting in our affiliate link, making a small pin, and throwing it on Pinterest.
The other reason I love Pinterest is that it’s a search engine, and search engines bring passive income, meaning I can put content out on Pinterest and get traffic six months or a year from now.
Pinterest is one of the most straightforward search engines to rank in, especially as a beginner.
3. Quora
Quora is super cool because you can rank in Google in Quora within hours.
Quora ranks for millions of keywords in Google, and you might not want to start a blog, but you can write these comments on Quora. And if you have the best comment in Quora, then you are ranking in Google for whatever Quora is ranking for Google for that particular keyword.
I love Quora for beginners because it is really easy to get started with Quora.
All you have to do is create an account, search for questions, and then you will literally click answer.
As a result, you can become the master of a single niche or a single space on Quora very quickly just by answering all the questions as they come up.
It requires very little startup time and money, and it can blow up very quickly.
Essentially, I’m finding the right questions for my niche, answering them in the most punctual way possible, and then putting a link to my content or affiliate program within my answer.
2. Facebook
I know people who use their Facebook profile to go from zero to five figures a month in 30 days.
What you are going to do is join a Facebook group for your niche.
You’re then going to have conversations with the other members in the group, such as answering questions (NOT spamming or posting your affiliate links, as this is the easiest route to getting banned).
You’re going to establish credibility, and you’re going to make friends. Make as many friends as possible (5,000 is the limit).
What you are then going to do is post content about your niche every day.
Make sure you post it engagingly, so people interact with it (such as asking a question or bringing up controversial topics — for my niche, I would be making fun of the gurus, aka Tai Lopez).
Once you have a significant number of friends who are actively engaging in your content, it is time to make an offer.
You want to do this with a question format such as “Who wants to know the best where to buy the best cat litter?” When people start to answer, you’ll have a heart-to-heart conversation with them, describing your experiences with that product.
Honestly, this is a fantastic way to start earning as an affiliate marketer, but it does require work on your end — anything worth doing is.
1. TikTok
TikTok is the hottest platform affiliate marketers currently use to generate leads.
TikTok’s algorithm is much, much easier than almost any of the other social platforms out there right now. They give almost anyone a chance. TikTok caters to new users, and you can start blowing up fast.
The point is you will produce content on your niche, and then on your user profile, you will put a link that will lead to your affiliate platform or blog.
If you want a step-by-step, highly detailed training on how to use TikTok for affiliate marketing, I highly recommend you participate in this training.
It is taught by some of the most reputable and experienced people in the affiliate marketing industry, and I promise you that it will be worth your time and investment.
In conclusion, I am not saying go for all four platforms simultaneously, but I would encourage you to pick at least one of these and add it to your affiliate marketing quiver.
